IBO 101 WORKSHOP - 12 JULY 2022
International trade ready operators were given the opportunity to brush up on their skills and learn what's required to work with ITOs (Inbound Tour Operators), wholesalers, and OTAs (Online Travel Agents).
Facilitated by Tracey Green from Directional Marketing, Tracey shared her wealth of knowledge with 27 Coastal Bay of Plenty tourism operators, using humour and drawing upon her own sector experiences to explain the ins and outs of international trade whilst also providing simple marketing solutions.
Engagement was high and it was so inspiring to see everyone reconnecting and forging new professional relationships.
