Conditions:
A minimum of 4 is required for the tour to proceed, and there is a maximum of 8 per tour. Flat covered footwear is mandatory. We are unable to cater for wheelchairs, due to the natural terrain of the forest (uneven, narrow, and occasionally steep surface). Tour may not be suited to people with severe allergies due to a variety of flora and fauna. A moderate level of fitness is required as the tour involves walking, sometimes for an extended period, or on uneven or steep terrain.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 14 days before the booking date: 95% refund (5% administration fee retained). 8-14 days before the tour date: 50% refund. 2-7 days before the tour date: 25% refund. Less than 24 hours before the booking date: No refund. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
