Reception is open 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm. After hours we have a night warden on site for late check-ins.

Public holiday weekends we require a minimum stay of 2 nights and apply high season rates.
Conditions:
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Children above the age of 12 are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for check-in solo is 18 years. No pets allowed. Please note that for bookings of 6 or more guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change, please call us to cancel or amend your booking within 48hrs of arrival.
For group bookings: to cancel or amend your booking, this must be done latest one week prior arrival.
