Cosy Corner is now operating as a summer holiday park only and will be open from 20th December to Easter each year, plus Labour weekend. During the rest of the year we will also consider bookings from school groups, sports teams and similar (minimum 4 night stays). Cosy Corner is a quality family holiday park. Clean, secure and situated on two acres of peaceful grounds. The park is located central to all Bay of Plenty attractions and across the road from the beautiful ocean (surf) beach. Accommodation and caravan sites available. There are modern amenities including a solar heated swimming pool, Hot tub, games room and covered BBQ area. The park has WIFI.

Cancellation Policy:
If you fail to give adequate notice of your cancellation, minimum of 14 days, or fail to show by 8pm on the arrival date (without prior arrangement), you will forfeit your deposit or the equivalent of one night's stay, which ever is the lesser, and your booking will be cancelled. If you give us adequate notice to cancel your booking we will refund your deposit (less a $20 administration) fee). Over the peak period ( 20th December to 7th February) a minimum of 42 days notice of cancellation.
