Conditions:
You will be greeted at the Port of Tauranga as you exit the customs area and then transported in comfortable shuttle vans to a range of destinations in the Tauranga/Rotorua/Waikato area depending on the tour package that you have selected. We guarantee that you will be returned to your ship safely before it departs and back this up with a $200 payment per person if this occurs (it has never happened and there is no intent), overnight lodging and complimentary transport to the ship's next port.

Cancellation Policy:
Death of a host, guest or their immediate family member. You’ll be asked to provide document of proof:
Serious illness or injury of a host, guest or any member of the travelling party. You’ll be asked to provide a general statement from a physician confirming that the person can't travel due to the illness or injury. The statement must be dated after the reservation was booked and provided within 14 days of cancellation.
