Imagine a giant outdoor adventure park where you can create your own dream playground...

TECT All Terrain Park is currently comprised of 1,650 hectares of pine forest and native bush in the Western Bay of Plenty which has been transformed into an outdoor adventure playground. Whether you’re after fast-paced action or some leisurely time out, you can relax, rejuvenate and have fun in the Park.

Currently there is no charge to use the general park facilities including tracks developed for walking, running, beginner motorcycling, mountain biking and horse-riding. However, individual club lease areas may have access restrictions, fees and different hours of use, including the more advanced motorcycling trails.

Target shooting, motorsport, 4x4 and model aircraft facilities are being developed in the Park by clubs, with some already being operational. These facilities will not be open for general public use, with membership being required for access. For further information please refer to the user groups on our website.

TECT All Terrain Park also boasts unique conservation and educational opportunities for the involvement of schools, community and environmental groups. The Park provides the perfect example of "the world as your classroom" where visitors young and old can learn from and about the environment and each other.

Please note that the Park is relatively remote and the ranger is not always available to help, so plan your trip accordingly. Gates are also locked at night. No hunting allowed, anywhere, any time.
