Payment for all spa treatments required at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will receive a refund of 95% of the value of the booking.
2. Cancellations with 72 hours or less and more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund of 70% of the value of the booking.
3. Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice: White Orchid Retreats will retain 100% of the value of the booking.
