Plenty of choice of outdoor activities close by, including golf at Tauranga Golf club, Fernland Spa or pick your own strawberries on Moffat Road. The TECT all-terrain park offers great mountain biking, as does Oropi Grove Bike trail. You can walk or cycle extensively from the nearby wetland area which also includes a lovely children's playground. Snow skiing is 3 hours away at Mt Ruapehu in winter.
The house has easy access with a large driveway and parking available.

Cancellation Policy:
20% refund for cancellation 2 week's ahead. 50% refund for cancellation two months ahead. 100% refund for cancellation 1 month ahead.
