Two months cancellation notice required for the Christmas/New Year period and January school holidays.
2 weeks notice for other school or public holidys and 48 hours notice at all othe times. Short notice will incur a penalty charge of at least one nights accommodation or the cost of the accommodation booked unless the unit can be onsold. Cancellations may incur an administration fee of $25.
