2018 QuarryFest is now open for stall registrations.

The QuarryFest is a Fund Raiser Event for the Quarry committee and is run by the Bethlehem Te Puna Lions Club.
This form is to be completed by potential stallholders to register for the QuarryFest 2018 event to be held on the 11th November 2018 (second Sunday of the month). The information collected will be used to help assign stall locations. This, along with payment, is a confirmation of your intention to hold a stall at the event if your application is successful.
If you register before the 21st October 2018 you will get a discounted stall fee of $30 per 4m x 3m site and no power will be provided. Please note there will be no refund unless the organisers do not accept your registration or the event is cancelled. After the 21st October 2018 all registrations will be charged $50 per site.

Stallholders will have access to set up from 8am-9.30am. Public entry will begin at approximately 10am and the event will finish at 4pm. It would be appreciated for stallholders to remain for the duration. Due to safety concerns, late arrivals and early departures may not be possible.
Registrations will be processed primarily on a first in first served basis (but may be accepted up until the day of the event should spaces become available). If you have not received a response about your application before 28th October 2018 please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
