Whether you're an absolute beginner, a confident swimmer, or somewhere in between, these sessions will help you build stamina, learn or improve your swimming technique and increase fitness. Learn via a series of lesson plans focusing on four strokes - freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
