SMOKED MARLIN DIP

Ingredients:

Smoked Marlin dip

400g smoked Marlin

100g cream cheese

100g sour cream

Zest and juice of one lemon

2 tablespoons of capers

1 shallot

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Honeycomb to serve


Method:

Coarsely blend all ingredients in a food chopper.

Serve with honeycomb and fresh sourdough.
