Come and celebrate your special day in a tranquil and beautiful early 1900s rural setting. There are a range of settings available at Old Forest School, including an authentic 1900s school house or in a number of idyllic outdoor locations, under forest giants.
There’s an abundance of special spots for couples to say “I do”. You can take your pick from the original and authentic schoolhouse or under the enormous trees (planted on a series of school arbour days 80 years ago). While the bridal party pose for photos in many of the idyllic locations, guests can enjoy a range of activities. The original tennis court, pétanque, croquet, cricket and lots of old school court games.
When you’re ready to party the Redwood Stables are the perfect location for a unique, relaxed, rustic reception. The perfect mixture of old school charm, rustic props, festoon lights, long trestle tables and a collection of vintage chairs. A wedding venue that will make sure your celebration is one your friends and family will never forget.
Old Forest School is also a great place for groups to get together, share ideas and learn. After a day presenting, discussing, planning and thinking your team or group can relax and connect with a range of team building and entertainment activities such as petanque, tennis, swimming, clay-bird shooting and barbecue facilities.
We have 3 acres of prettiness and privacy, so there’s plenty of room to add your own special touches to your day.
