- Pork Belly with apple chutney, vanilla parsnip puree and crispy crackle.
- Roasted Chicken breast with honeyed root vegetables and wholegrain mustard cream sauce
- Seared Salmon with a fennel risotto, seasonal vegetable and a saffron beurre blanc sauce
Dessert - a choice of:
- Sticky date and fig pudding with orange caramel sauce
- Affogato - Vanilla Bean Ice-cream drowned in espresso served with biscotti GF
- Warm lemon cake -praline mascarpone, lemon curd. GF
